Ali’s shirt is old. He needs a new one.
دی د سودا مارکیټ ته ځي تر څو په نوی کالو پسي وګوري.
He goes to the shopping mall to look for new clothes.
د سودا په مارکیټ کې دې د کالو مغازه نشي پیداکولای.
In the shopping mall he cannot find the clothing store.
دي یو دکان ته ځي تر څو د رهنمایی لپاره پوښتنه وکړي. “زه کالي چیري رانیولایی شم؟” دی پوښتنه کوي.
He goes into a shop to ask for directions. “Where can I buy clothes?” he asks.
دکاندار د مارکیټ هغه بل طرف ته اشاره کوي. د کالو مغازه په هغه مقابل طرف کي ده!
The shopkeeper points to the other side of the mall. The clothing store is on the opposite side!
علی دننه ورځي او په یوه کمیس پسي ګوري. کمیسونه پر ده ډیر غټ دي، او ډیر ګران دي.
Ali goes in and looks for a shirt. The shirts are too big for him, and quite expensive.
نو دي د هغه پر ځای یو نوي پتلون رانیسي ځکه هغه په لیلام دي. دي دا تصمیم نیسي چی کمیس به بله میاشت رانیسي چی کله دي خپل معاش تر لاسه کړي.
He buys a new pair of trousers instead because they are on sale. He decides he will buy a shirt next month when he gets his salary.
