Mai searches for a film to watch. She wants to go to the cinema with her best friend, Lisa.
माई आफ्नो स्कुटर चढेर सिनेमा हलतिर जान्छिन्। उनीहरूले त्यहाँ भेट्ने सल्लाह गरेका छन्।
Mai takes her scooter to the cinema. They have agreed to meet there.
सिनेमामा उनीहरूले एक अर्कालाई भेट्छन् र अभिवादन गर्छन्। उनीहरू चलचित्र हेर्न उत्साहित छन्।
At the cinema they say hello. They are excited to see the film.
माईले टिकट काउन्टरमा दुवैको लागि टिकट किन्छिन्।
Mai buys tickets for both of them at the ticket counter.
लिसाले मकैको डब्बा समात्छिन् र माईले त्यस बेला दुई बोतल सोडा किन्छिन्।
Lisa takes the popcorn while Mai buys two bottles of soda.
उनीहरू चलचित्र हेर्न भित्र जानुअघि टिकट देखाउँछन्।
They show their tickets before they go inside to watch the film.
उनीहरू आफ्नो बस्ने ठाउँ खोज्छन्। चलचित्र सुरु भइसकेकोले गर्दा त्यहाँ अँध्यारो छ।
They look for their seats. It is dark because the film has already started.
यो प्रेम प्रसङ्गयुक्त चलचित्र हो। त्यो उनीहरूको मन पर्ने विधा हो।
It is a romantic film. That is their favourite kind.
चलचित्र सकिएपछि उनीहरू एक अर्कालाई अलबिदा भन्छन् र आ-आफ्नो घरतिर लाग्छन्।
After the film they say goodbye and go home.
