تام دندون درد داره. دندونش خیلی درد میکنه.

Tom has a toothache. His tooth hurts very much.


A man holding his hand to the side of his face and thinking about medicine.

اون باید به دندانپزشکش مراجعه کنه، اما اول به چیزی برای تسکین دردش احتیاج داره.

He needs to see his dentist, but first he needs something for the pain.


A man driving to a pharmacy.

اون به نزدیکترین داروخانه می ره.

He drives to the nearest pharmacy.


A man talking to a pharmacist.

می گه: «من دندون درد دارم.» «براش چیزی دارین؟»

“I have a toothache,” he says. “Do you have anything for that?”


A pharmacist offering painkillers.

«بله، این ها چند تا مسکن هستند. برای اینها نیازی به نسخه ندارین.»

“Yes, here are some painkillers. You don’t need a prescription for these.”


A man asking for the price to a pharmacist who is handing him painkillers.

«ممنون. چقدر میشه؟»

“Thank you. How much do they cost?”


A pharmacist saying the price and recommending seeing a dentist.

«قیمتشون نُه یورو هستش. اما شما باید برید پیش یه دندونپزشک.»

“They cost nine euros. But you should see a dentist.”


A man thinking about phoning.

«باشه، فردا صبح با دندونپزشکم تماس میگیرم.»

“Okay, I will call my dentist tomorrow morning.”


A pharmacist recommending a dentist.

«اگر به داروی قوی تری نیاز دارید، باید از دندونپزشک یا دکترتون نسخه بگیرین.»

“If you need stronger medicine, you will need to get a prescription from your dentist or doctor.”


A man waving as he leaves.

«ممنون! خداحافظ.»

“Thank you! Goodbye.”
